Using methods from BMC, we will sense, dance, and explore the skin as an interface between INSIDE and OUTSIDE: expansion – contraction, exchange – pores, opening – closing, enlarging our shell into SPACE, LAYERS.

The workshop is part of @stephaniescheubeck ’s (Sound & Color Production) current artistic research on synesthesia and neurodivergence, „Under My Skin (AT)“. Miriam Seifert is currently training to be a „Somatic Movement Educator“. She is an art educator and contemporary dance dancer. The workshop is open to all levels and is donation-based.
